A proper old-school old-man pub, in the best possible way. No frills, no fancy food menu; just a good, traditional boozer with plenty of character.

They don’t serve their own food, but you can order in from Yard Sale Pizza, which is never a bad substitute. It shows sports and has darts and a few more unusual pub games thrown in for good measure.

A great spot for a few pints, a bit of friendly competition and an afternoon watching the football. Nothing too fancy, and all the better for it.
